• The Kottayam service apartment will be rented out only to the person who is able to provide any government approved Indian identity proof (Eg:-passport, Election ID card, India Driving license etc).
• The guest has to be signed monthly rent agreement contract on arrival day.
• The guest has to be provide clear copy of the photo id proof on the time of check in.
• The rental charges will be on monthly payable basis and strictly not on daily or weekly basis.
• If the guest stays for 1 night or 30 nights still the monthly rental charges remain same only.
• Electricity charge has to be paid by guest on actual meter reading.
• LPG usage has to be paid by guest on actual meter reading.
• The guest is allowed to park only 1 vehicle in night time.
• For Cancellations made before 45 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the total advance payment will be refund.
• For Cancellations made between 45 days to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 20% of the total room charges will be charged as retention.
• For cancellations made between 21 days to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the room charges will be charged as retention.
• For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the total room charges will be charged as retention.
