Kerala Houseboat Itinerary and Policies:-
 
-Check in 12 noon
-Check out 9.30 am
-The 22 hours full day with over night houseboat rates includes Lunch,Evening Tea/Coffee,Dinner,morning bed coffee and  Breakfast with fixed menu only.
-On Day 1 houseboat will be cruising through the lake from 12 noon to 5.30 pm and On Day 2 Houseboat will be cruising in the lake from 7.30 am to 9.30 am.
-Four to Five hours cruising through Kumarakom and Alappuzha Backwaters, Midnight land Island, Fish Sanctuary, R'Block Chithira etc. in the houseboat.
- Houseboat will be stationed in the bank of the lake on night time.
-If the guest hire air condition houseboat then the a/c will be start operating from 7 pm to 7 am only or any guest need full time a/c then please take the booking as full time air condition houseboat and full time a/c houseboat rate will be different from above published rates.
- The rate will be same as above published tariff for Check in at kumarakom and check out at kumarakom or check in at alleppey and check out at alleppey.

Kumarakom Long Stay
Those who stay for more than 15 days will be offered discount of 20%. Those staying more than 21 days will be offered a discount of 25% and those staying more than a month will get a discount of 31% of the quoted rates. These offers are ideal for writers, artists, painters etc. In fact for anyone with a long break in mind.

Lunch by Arrangement
We offer lunch to guests who are touring the backwaters or passing by to other destinations. This is strictly by prior arrangement only. No walk in guests are entertained for lunch. This offer includes welcome drink, farm tour, snacks, beverages (at additional cost), soup, lunch, dessert and tea/coffee. Approximate time guest spents on the farm is about 2 to 3 hours. Rates are available on request.

Kumarakom Coconut Creek kumarakom homestay and houseboat Reservation and Cancellation Policies
  • Reservations will be confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total room charges.
  • For Cancellations made before 14 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the total advance payment will be refund.
  • For cancellations made between 14 days to 10 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the room charges will be charged as retention. But postpone or prepone of the booking will be considered, as per the availability, within the period of three months.
  • For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival, the total room charges will be charged as retention. But postpone or prepone of the booking will be considered, as per the availability, within the period of three months.
  • Postpone or prepone of the booking will not be considered with in the 3 days of the check in date
  • Postpone or prepone of the booking will not be considered with in the 14 days of the check in date in the period of December 18th to January 5th of every year.
  • Cancellation with in 21days is full retention in the period of December 18th to January 5th of every year.
  • If the guest doesn't turn up on the first day and check in on the second day of the reservation, we will provide cottages or houseboats to the guest, if the cottage or houseboat is available and otherwise refund of cash will not be considered.
  • We will not compensate for the late arrivals and the early departures of the guest. But The guest can do early check in prior to 3 hrs of our default check in time only depends up on the room availability.
  • Cancellation request should be made in writing or through E-mail and acknowledgement or confirmation email from us should be obtained for considering postpone or prepone.
  • Default houseboat booking check in place and check out place kumarakom only.
  • Kumarakom check in and alleppey check out or alleppey check in and kumarakom check out is extra Rs:1000 from the net payable rate.
  • All disputes, in Kottayam jurisdiction only.
